No Book Club this week
(July 20-26)
Join us on Wed. July 30th
as we kick off our next
book "The Screwtape Letters"
read the preface, and 
chapters 1-5.

Join us on Sunday nights beginning on 
Sunday 27th for the "Summer with
the Saints" event.  Each week we'll see 
a movie and talk about a particular saint.
Meet in the parish hall after
the 5:30 PM Mass.

Most Reverend Earl Boyea, born in Pontaic, Michigan was appointed to serve as the fifth Bishop of Lansing upon his Ordination and Installation on April 29, 2008.

Pope Benedict XVI was elected pope at the age of 78. He is the oldest person to have been elected pope since Clement XII in 1730. He served longer as a cardinal before being elected pope than any pope since Benedict XIII.

Born in Detroit, Michigan, Father Reigle was raised in Jackson. Upon graduation, he attended Western Michigan University and majored in Industrial Engineering. Fr. Reigle was ordained a priest for the Lansing Diocese in June 2005 and now serves as associate pastor of St. Andrew Catholic Church.

Fr. William J. Stevenson was raised in a Lansing, MI. He holds degrees from Michigan State University, Indiana University, St. John Provincial Seminary. He was assigned as Pastor of Saint Andrew in Saline in 1997.

The EDGE is a Catholic-based religious education program for middle school kids. We meet on Sunday after the 5:30 PM Mass at St. Andrew Church. All are welcome! Come and take a walk on The EDGE.
